This week, we’re spotlighting our Greene County CEO students’ individual businesses!

“Hi, I’m Haydi Patton-Cababie and I am the creator of
Bake and Bloom. From a young age, I realized that I have a passion for nutrition as well as a need to help people, which is why I decided to focus my business on health. Bake and Bloom products are not only protein-packed but are healthier versions of some of your favorite sweet treats. One example is my edible cookie dough, which can also be baked in the oven. My business is unique to our community because not many places in Greene County focus on health-based desserts. The idea is very different and can target many audiences as well. Through my business, I want to bloom people's expectations of food by showing that eating healthier doesn’t always have to be bland, but can be something enjoyable and sweet! My mom is a great example of someone who has changed her expectations of health. She has always been picky when it comes to protein powder, which is my main ingredient, but after trying my products, she became pleasantly surprised by the taste.
