Debie shared a quote by W. Clement Stone - “Big doors swing on little hinges…” - which means that being consistent and doing the small things right will create long-lasting results. Small actions can make a big impact. (Side note: After her retirement, Debie starting serving as a greeter each morning at Beardstown Jr/Sr High School. Her “small action” of a smile, a hug, or a handshake, makes a “big impact” on the lives of students each day!)
