We had our last visit for CEO today. We toured Precision Tank outside of Virginia. Operations Manager, Genna Brockhouse gave us a tour of the facility and shared how the company has expanded with additional locations since the main hub was opened in 1965.
The Virginia facility mainly builds fertilizer tanks, producing about 500 per year. We were able to see some newly installed machinery at work and were fascinated by how quickly and efficiently things could be produced.
Genna also talked about how she started with the company as a bookkeeper and has worked her way up. This is a great lesson (that we’ve heard numerous times) for the CEO members to hear.
