Day 2 of Cass County CEO!

Today, our CEO members had a chance to reflect on yesterday’s guest speaker and share what stood out to them. We also talked about the pros and cons of being thrown right into the program on Day 1—with no preparation and no idea what to expect!

From there, we covered some of the basics that will help set the tone for the year: arrive early, communicate effectively, and always look for ways to create a WOW factor.

Members also spent some time learning more about one another and were challenged to find at least one classmate who joined CEO with a similar goal. Connections are already starting to form!

Then came their first real CEO challenge…

👉 Figure out how to get every member of the class a name tag to wear throughout the year.

The catch?
💰 They have no money.
📋 They have very few requirements.
🤔 And they have to figure it out themselves.

Almost immediately, leaders began to emerge. Ideas started flying, questions were asked, and the group began working through how to turn a need into a solution.

This is what CEO is all about—thinking differently, taking initiative, communicating, and figuring things out.
