Today, our Jefferson County CEO students had the incredible opportunity to visit Zoomers RV in Ina, Illinois! A huge thank you to Manager JD Adams for giving our young entrepreneurs a truly in-depth behind-the-scenes look at both the financial side of running a business and the essential art of managing people.

JD really drove home the point that communication is key in any business. He shared that while numbers matter, the hardest (and most rewarding) part of the job often comes down to working with people and keeping those lines of communication open. It was an eye-opening experience that highlighted the real-world skills our students are building. We are so grateful for partners like Zoomers RV who help us bring these lessons to life!
