About Me

Dalaney Smith is the 17-year-old youngest daughter of Harry and Daisy Smith. Dalaney is a senior at Red Hill Jr Sr High school. Throughout high school Dalaney has been involved with her school and community by being a part of volleyball, track and Interact club. Through these activities, Dalaney has gained skills in teamwork, leadership and commitment while learning how to adjust to different people along the way. 

After high school, Dalaney plans to attend a junior college to complete her general education classes, before pursuing her goal of becoming a flight attendant. She is excited about a career that will allow her to experience different places and use the communication skills she hopes to develop during her time in the CEO program. 

Throughout this experience in the CEO program, Dalaney is hoping to improve her knowledge of business while also becoming a stronger communicator. She believes a strong understanding of communication is the foundation of leadership and success in a career. Dalaney hopes to become more confident when speaking with others while also listening and connecting with peers. Dalaney is excited about this opportunity to step out of her comfort zone and challenge herself during the process.
