Operations Specialist position available 

Organization:  Founded in 2010, the Midland Institute for Entrepreneurship partners with communities throughout the United States to establish and maintain quality CEO programs.  Our vision is to be the standard for entrepreneurship education in the United States.  We do that by providing world class customer service, guidance and content to our CEO communities.

Job Title: Operations Specialist

Job Title Summary:

The Operations Specialist is responsible for payroll, bank reconciliation and all bookkeeping tasks. He or she will also support the growth and support of our CEO Programs nationwide through lead/informational request management, event planning, and resource management. This position reports directly to the Executive Director. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping Tasks - Payroll, Timekeeping, Vendor Payments
  • General office maintenance and mailing needs
  • Oversee email management and communication on select projects
  • Assists with project management to support other departments 
  • Midland Institute resource management - Editing, numbering and uploading documents as needed and identifying potential gaps in information and resource
  • Provides required support for other departments, toensure timely and consistent delivery of Midland’s services to its programs, communities, and investors
  • Cooperates in positive and thorough manner to the growth of the organization by providing required assistance to relevant staff and organization’s partners
