Something fun is happening in Seneca County! 🐾
Bone Appétreat, this year’s Seneca CEO class business, had an incredible weekend at Winter Wonderland and is gearing up for a busy holiday season. The students were blown away by the turnout and support as all 14 young entrepreneurs officially kicked off their 2025 class business after receiving board approval earlier this month.
Bone Appétreat is a homemade dog treat company created and run entirely by the Seneca CEO students. The business gives them hands-on experience in planning, marketing, finances, sales, and customer service. All profits from Bone Appétreat will help fund each student’s individual business launch in the spring.
With no specialty pet store in the Tiffin area, the class saw a real opportunity. They are baking high-quality, locally sourced treats that are already winning over pets and their owners. Their signature product features three handmade treats for four dollars, with a special three-for-ten offer.
The team will be popping up at several events this season, including Sip and Shop in Downtown Tiffin this Thursday in the Hempy Water parking lot. You will also find them at Breakfast at JAM's Markets on November 22 and 29, the Mohawk Music Boosters Craft Festival on November 22 at the Mohawk Gymnasium, Paws and Clause Pet and Family Pictures with Santa on November 22 at The Salvation Army, and A Holiday To Remember In Downtown Tiffin on December 5 through 7.
The students are excited to meet more pets and families throughout the holiday season and appreciate everyone who has supported them so far. Follow the Seneca CEO Facebook page for updates and future pop up announcements:
