Student Shoutout: Leadership in Action through CEO
Earlier this year, we’ve celebrated students who have advanced through the first round of the IHSA playoffs—and today, we’re proud to highlight another remarkable example of leadership, discipline, and entrepreneurial spirit in action.
Meet Taylor Cahill, manager of the Mascoutah High School Volleyball Team, who recently captured the IHSA regional title and is now entering IHSA Sectional play.
As a member of our CEO family, Taylor starts her day before most students even arrive on campus—showing up for class at 6:50 a.m. to learn and practice the principles of entrepreneurship, leadership, and personal accountability that drive success both in business and in life.
That same drive carries through the rest of her day:
• Keeps stats and the book for the Mascoutah Indians Volleyball Team
• Coaches two teams at Blue Steel Volleyball Club
• Recently hired as a Marketing Intern at Aspen Legal (after our CEO site visit)
• Holds two additional part-time jobs
• Plans to attend McKendree University, where she’ll continue managing for their volleyball program
Taylor embodies what CEO is all about—initiative, time management, and the ability to turn opportunity into action. Her work ethic and commitment to growth make her a standout example of how CEO students learn to lead, serve, and succeed beyond the classroom.
We’re proud to celebrate Taylor’s accomplishments and wish her and Mascoutah Volleyball continued success as they head into IHSA Sectional play tonight!
