Every great business starts with an idea, and our Class of 2027 young entrepreneurs have spent the past several weeks learning just how much work goes into turning an idea into something real. 💡

It began with ideation: big ideas, bold ideas, and plenty of "what if we…" conversations. From there, our team members did the hard work of organizing their thoughts, narrowing their focus, and building a plan they could stand behind.

Next came one of the most important steps of the process: preparing to present to our Union County CEO Board. These future leaders researched, rehearsed, and refined their pitch before stepping in front of the board to make their case. We are so proud to share that they earned the board's unanimous support! A heartfelt thank you to our board members for your time, your thoughtful questions, and your belief in these young professionals.

With that green light, the team elected its business officers (CEO, COO, CMO, CFO, and Administrative Assistant), and the real work began. Creating. Editing. Re-creating. Editing again. Collaborating, gathering feedback, and pushing each other to make every detail better. There is still plenty of work ahead, and that's exactly what building a business looks like. These young entrepreneurs are rolling up their sleeves, tackling each challenge as a team, and growing with every step.

All of this is leading up to one exciting moment: announcing the Class of 2027 team business and making it happen. Stay tuned, because you won't want to miss what they have in store for our community! 🎉

Thank you to our mentors, investors, board members, and community partners who continue to pour into these young entrepreneurs. You make this journey possible.
