Kim Gaffey, Gaffey Home Nursing is a great example of an entrepreneur whose business goals were challenged by gender biases years ago. But through her symbolic and ethical leadership, (and a lot of hard work) Kim has built a successful business. Kim believes her life talents include advocating for the elderly and supporting those in hospice and near death. Though small in numbers due to AP testing, the West CEO class appreciated Kim's enthusiasm, ambition, and energy for topics such as death and elderly, that are often ignored.
