Today our West Central MN CEO students had the opportunity to tour the Southern Minnesota Beet Sugar Cooperative in Renville — and what an experience it was.

Through collaboration, a shared vision, and a big leap of faith, this cooperative has become a true backbone and pillar of the Renville County community. Walking through the facility and seeing firsthand how regional hard work transforms into something so sweet — and so impactful — was powerful for our young entrepreneurs.

From field to factory to families across the country, this operation is a reminder that big results come from strong partnerships and local commitment.
