Board members are active, engaged community leaders who volunteer their time and expertise to the operational oversight of our local CEO Program.
Facilitator Support
Board members provide ongoing support to the CEO Facilitator.
Event Planning
Board members plan and execute key CEO events, including investor and mentor socials, and the student trade show.
Student Recruitment & Selection
Board members organize recruitment efforts, engage with local schools, and oversee the selection of CEO students.
Mentorship Coordination
Board members recruit mentors, manage mentor-student pairings, and ensure mentor program success.
School Liaison
Board members maintain communication with school administrators to coordinate student participation and scheduling.
Investor Recruitment & Care
Board members recruit and maintain relationships with local investors, ensuring the program's financial sustainability.

Jordan Klein
AssociateBoard MemberJordan T. Klein joined Erickson, Davis, Johnson & Walsh, Ltd., as an associate in 2015. He received his Juris Doctor from the DePaul University College of Law in 2012 and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2009. While in law school, Jordan served as editor of the DePaul Journal of Art, Technology, and Intellectual Property Law.
Jordan's practice includes several facets of civil law including property and personal injury claims, contract negotiation, small business services, estate planning, advising local governments, and insurance litigation.
Before joining the Firm, Jordan worked with a civil litigation firm in Chicago, Illinois, where he gained significant trial experience.
Jordan is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois, and the U.S. Federal Court for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois. He is a member of the Decatur Bar Association and Illinois State Bar Association.

Jack Vance
Vice President of LendingBoard MemberJack Vance serves as Vice President of Lending at Decatur Earthmover Credit Union, where he leads his team in serving the lending needs of members. Since beginning his banking career in 2012, he has gained extensive experience across all facets of lending, leadership, and management.
Dedicated to giving back to his community, Jack serves on the Board of Directors for Webster Cantrell Youth Advocacy and as a Village Trustee. He and his wife, Heather, have called Mt. Zion home since 2011. Married for more than 28 years, they are proud parents of their son, Carter.
Outside of work, Jack enjoys following sports, especially cheering on the Fighting Illini.

Allison Shuppara-Ooton
Director of Student SuccessSecretaryAllison Shuppara-Ooton is a proud Decatur native. She earned an Associate Degree from Richland Community College, a Bachelor’s Degree from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Higher Education from Ohio University.
Allison serves as the Director of Student Success at Richland Community College, where she leads the Student Success Coaches and implements evidence-based practices to support student achievement and retention. She is deeply committed to empowering students and finds great fulfillment in encouraging them as they work toward their goals.
Her dedication to the Decatur community is longstanding. Allison began her career with Youth Advocate Program, Inc., supporting at-risk youth and their families. She continues to serve her community as a board member of the Macon County Mental Health Board and is actively involved in local efforts to end homelessness throughout Decatur and Macon County.

Claire Demirjian

Demirjian has her undergraduate degree from Ball State University where she served on Pi Beta Phi Fraternity's executive board as Vice President of Administration and has her master's degree from the University of Illinois. She also participates in the Secretary of State elected board "Illinois Literacy Foundation" (ILF) which works to promote literacy awareness and support literacy programs throughout the state to benefit all residents of Illinois. Demirjian was an alumni of Mt. Zion High School class of 2015. She recently moved back to Decatur after working at TCCI Hamburg, Germany office for two years.

Jay brings over a decade of experience in marketing and technology to his role at Three Link Media. For over 10 years, he served as the Director of Marketing and IT at Peerless Cleaning and Restoration Services, where he was instrumental in advancing the company’s marketing initiatives and overseeing IT operations. His time at Peerless allowed him to refine his expertise in marketing strategy, brand management, and digital solutions.
Prior to Peerless, Jay worked with Rutherford Photo Video and Falcon Multimedia, where he developed his skills in video production and media management. These early experiences laid the foundation for his entrepreneurial journey and eventual launch of Three Link Media.
As a native of Mt. Zion, Illinois, Jay remains deeply involved in his local community. He is a past president of both the Mt. Zion Odd Fellows and the Mt. Zion Chamber of Commerce, where he has made significant contributions to community development.
Jay resides in Mt. Zion with his wife Megan and their two children, Isaac and Lucy.

Mandy currently resides in Mt. Zion with her husband Chad. They have one daughter, Taylor, who is a CEO class of 2023 Alum.
