About Me

I didn't just join the Sangamon Valley CEO Program because I knew it would be an incredible opportunity for me in the future, but because I knew that it would make my family proud. My name is Shelby Senter and I'm a passionate, resourceful, and enthusiastic young woman who's family oriented and extremely dedicated to my education. As a senior at Bement High School I am a part of many different organizations such as Student Council, National Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta, FCCLA, and more. Whenever I take a step back from my student life I can be found either at work at a small local business or spending time with my closest friends and family. I have a major interest in almost anything Business and English related, but my main hobbies include reading, watching movies, and listening to music. SVCEO has given me a major opportunity to step out of my comfort zone and begin learning the more intimate aspects of the business world, and I'm excited to see where I end up at the end of my journey.
