About Me

My name is Wyatt Riley, I am a senior at Argenta-Oreana High School,  a captain of the football team and involved in basketball, track, and FFA. When I’m not involved in sports I spend my free time working on our family grain farm. Our farm is based out of North Western Macon County.  We farm corn and soybeans. During the summer when there isn’t much to do around the farm I help my brother and his hay bailing business throwing hay bales and operating hay equipment. I also spend my summers working with the Macon County Fair, working here gives me a sense of belonging within my community. I love helping out people and being able to meet all sorts of new people. Working for these businesses has taught me a multitude of different life lessons about the importance of hard work and being able to persevere through tough times. I enrolled in the Sangamon Valley CEO program in hopes to get to know a lot more people and experience the white collar side of things. After High School I hope to attend a college and study Agribusiness.
